I am using the free pascal compiler ppc386 v 1.0.6 of the SuSE-Linux
distribution 8.2.
The problem is, that if a programm calculates the machine epsilon, the answer
is e.g.:
5.4210108624275222E-0020
which shows that only 17 significant numbers are shown though the exponent
shows, that there should be a representation with 20 significant numbers.
