ActiveX Control cannot used in microsoft c#.net??

i create a new activex control based on TPanel.
then i insert it in microsoft c#.net,but error occurred!
1:if i am using c++Builder5, the error msg is very long..
2:if i am using c++Builder6, the error msg says "System.ArithmeticException" occurred in system.drawing.dll

why?
