BCB OCX doesn't work in .net studio implementation

Hi, i created a ocx in c++ builder 2007 then i imported it in vb and vc .net
but it doesen't work .In the moment that i insert the visual control (or
resize it) in winform show message error: (Assertion fail ... file
c:\..\codegear\..\include\atl\atlctl.h, line 911). Can you help me? Thanks
