c++ builder 2007 ocx error import in .net

Hi, i created a ocx in bcb 6 professionale and it was inserted in vc
and vb .net 2008 application and everything works done. In second step
i imported the project in c++ builder 2007 and i rebuild it, then i
inserted it in vb 6 application and it works very well ,but it
doesen't work in vb and vc .net 2008.Why?
