You have to define button symbols for links and then edit that symbols
to have sounds on rollOver. Check macromedia help on how to do that.
This should pretty simple acctualy.

To stop movie from repeating go to the last frame of the movie and then
press F9 to open actions panel, then write stop(); in actions panel.
Then the movie should play to the last frame and stop there.
