Default command or eliminate the oldest active transaction in database 'test_bcp' shown in syslogshold table

I have a sybase ASE 12.50 on solaris 5.8, and while I'm bcp in a table
that has 60688479 rows, then I get this error message:
DUMP TRANSACTION for database 'test_bcp' could not truncate the log.
Either extend the log using ALTER DATABASE ... LOG ON command or
eliminate the oldest active transaction in database 'test_bcp' shown
in syslogshold table.

Also while the bcp is going in I use frequently the dump tran test_bcp
with no_log... I don't know what else to do, I don't want to increase
the size of the log do to is not needed since the dump and load don't
require that. Any help would be great

Thanks
Maria
