I want to use to use JSPs/servlets in the fornt end and EJBs in the

If all you want to do is run your application on the Web - Use Oracle
Forms on the Web - http://otn.oracle.com/formsupgrade will show you
how.

If you must go J2EE than read this:
http://otn.oracle.com/products/forms/pdf/formsj2ee_business.pdf
and this:
http://otn.oracle.com/products/forms/htdocs/FormsJavaSOD.html

More info is always on http://otn.oracle.com
