Fatal Alert error

I have a Garmin iQue 3600 and when I try to run Do***ents, WordToGo or
SheetToGo I get the error:

"Fatal Alert
DocsToGoDB.cpp, line: 632, Could not lock read for access
Reset"

Any idea how I can fix this?
