Free assembler, like MASM syntax?

Is there a free assembler which takes MASM syntax? DOS.

I don't think so.
MASM, of course, is free. But I believe the free version run under
Windows. They will produce code you can run under DOS, though.

If you can find a copy of 6.10 or eariler, it should run on plain DOS.
