Help! Can't get Flash websites to load

I am using xp & IE6. The flash download at macromedia does not install.
And websites such as http://www.mikeshardlemonade.com/flash/index.html are
not viewable. How can i fix this?

You must install the flash plugin. What trouble exactly do you have
installing it? Have you enabled ActiveX in your IE?
