Do not EVER post binary attachments to newsgroups without .binaries in
their names. In these days of viruses and worms who in their right
mind is going to open binary attachments from a stranger on the
Internet.

And do not EVER cross-post messages across every newsgroup you can
find with a name that sounds remotely

If you have problems, copy the source file from your editor and paste
it into your message as text.

Cross posting & attachments. Most, if not all, the groups you posted to will
have a FAQ. You're expected to read each one beforehand.
