Default Im about to buy MX7 Standard Edition but still have some questions

I'm about to buy the standard edition of MX7 for my private non-commercial
server, but I have two questions!
Maybe someone here can help me with this.

I'm now using Windows 2003 as server OS with MDB (ODBC) databases.
I might move all the sites to my 'new, still in test' Linux server. Doing
this I will have to move / convert the .mdb databases to MySQL.

Question: Does the standard edition of MX7 have both 'drivers' depending on
what OS I install it? (Microsoft Access Driver for the Windows server and
the MySQL driver for the Linux one)
Or do I need an Enterprise license for this?

Also. Am I allowed to use the license on 1st one server, and than move it to
an other server? (the 1st server will be deleted)
(does the Windows license also work on a Linux version?)

One other question.. Does Macromedia have special licenses for
non-commercial private servers, or is it still $1300 US?

Thank you all for any info about this.

Noel
