i don't need to fixate the CD, just be sure that writing was successful
(e.g., that the image fitted onto the disk). I'm quite happy with unfixated
cd's.

[ from man cdfs: Copy the tracks onto a blank CD inserted in the drive,
and then fixate the disk as an audio CD.
