Jostraca 0.4.0

A general purpose code generation toolkit for software developers.
Jostraca generates code using the Java Server Pages syntax. However this
syntax can be used with any language. Jostraca comes preconfigured for
Java, Perl, Python, Ruby, Rebol, Jython and C.

Changes to 0.4.0:
* new template processor to improve performance
* java templates compiled and executed internally by default
* integrated antlr 2.7.4
* minor bug fixes
* added Jython support
* improved metadata handling, added -m and -M options
