Default Lingo has a "next repeat" command

tillurdizzy,

In ActionScript, that's "break".

David Stiller :

FYI:

break will exit out of the loop completely, performing no more iterations of said loop

continue will skip to the next iteration of the loop

FlashTastic,

Heh, I'm rubbing my eyes now. I really misread the original post!

As you said, continue is the right choice here, break exits the loop
completely, and return exits the whole function.
