Pascal macro language and compiler

You can see the current draft of the Macro Compiler User Manual at
http://www.pascalmacro.com There is a description of the compiler
objectives. Before I started, I tried a lengthy web search for a Pascal
macro compiler, and I turned up nothing other than the $IFDEF compiler
directive.
