Are you using Epson ink and paper? If not, that may be the problem.

The other common culprit is incorrect color settings. It is very easy in
Photoshop to get your wires crossed and get a color cast while printing.
For this, check out the procedure on Ian Lyon's page very carefully, it is
for the Mac, but there is a section at the end for Windows:
