Hi all,
it seems that if I define !P.SIMSYZE=2, in an idl startup file or at the prompt, it has no effect on the size plot uses. I couldn't figure it out so I logically searched the forum and found this: http://tinyurl.com/ylnzej Wot?! same problem but systime(1)-t0 = 2.8e6 So what is going on? did I mess up or is this still an issue? Thanks for your help, Gianguido |

I thought only MY complaints got on the "low priority" list! Holes in contour plots, NLEVELS keywords that give an arbitrary number of levels, decent direct graphics fonts .... For objects in general, you can have a look at
"Programming IDL Objects: Why and how to do it" by D. M. Zarro (L-3Com/GSFC) http://orpheus.nascom.nasa.gov/~zarro/idl/objects/ Jean |
