Default Set lynx for not wordstar-like mult-spaces-line-filler?

lynx saves me dialup connect costs.

But the line-len overflows have annoyingly mult-spaces added.
Here's an example:---------

doubt

---------

It seems that when the 1st line over-flowed the "doubt" word, it
also spaced-out word-star like ? You see the extra spaces ?

I'm guessing that lynx rendering did this.
If it can be disabled then I can restore the overflows, for better reading.
BTW I'd also like to disable the leading-3-spaces rather than use a utility
after rendering.

I've searched 'Lynx Users Guide v2.8.2' re. "spaces", without success.

Thanks for any info,

== Chris Glur.

problems@gmail did eloquently scribble:

Only because it's not downloading graphics.
Any web browser can be configured to turn off graphic/plugin/java downloads.

But if you're determined to use a textmode only browser, links is far
better than lynx.
