I'm using the StHWmon hardware health monitor as a widget in eCenter. As it
is, it causes what I think is an unnecessary amount of disk activity, so
that the HD led lights about once a second, with an attendant thump; that
can't be good for the hardware health of the HD. I see no point in such
frequent updates, and would like to change it to update much less often, but
I see no way to do that. The standalone program (which is where display
settings are made) has no such adjustment.

Am I overlooking something? Or is this just an omission in the program.
