Hi NG,

does anyone have any expiriences showing VRML(X3D)-scenes in a Notes Client
? Or can anyone imagine how to have this worked ?

BTW: what is the current status of the release of the X3D standard ?

X3D Arch and API (SAI) - FDIS (final draft) ISO comments are being applied.
X3D encodings - next to final ISO comments are being applied.
X3D language bindings - next to next to final comments being applied.
Humanoid Animation - Inital ISO draft comments being applied.

So, the final draft of the abstract spec is nearly finished and we
should see that soon, I hope. The next drafts of the encodings and
the bindings specs will follow. Fortunately, some extra work has
been done on h-anim and we will see that next draft soon.

I think the spec editors have maybe been too busy to report in detail
but ISO/IEE is very happy with progress and proposed schedules.
