Where can I get "debug"?

Where can I get either DOS or MS debug?

Or something just as good, that allows me to easily
explore the hardware.

Well debug comes with DOS, but if you can't find it I can send you an
english DOS 5 if you want it.

You might look for Olly Debug, which is vastly superior to
DEBUG as a general debugger. (And it's also free!) But I
haven't actually tried it for exploring hardware, just
debugging code.
