reading lines from a file

hello everyone,
i am brand new to rexx so would appreciate any help you can provide:

I am trying to read let say 10 lines after line 6 from TEST.OUTPUT and then output them on a screen
i know i can use LINEIN or something like that but i am having trouble understanding how to use it in order to read from the file.

please help
