Help...I can no longer minimize or resize any windows on my computer
(OS W98). I can click on the x icon and it will close the window, but
although i get the little arrows when i try and drag them to resize
nothing happens; when i click on the minimize and maximize icons
nothing happens.

No changes to the system were made....I'm baffled and
frustrated...I've tried everything i know and looked everywhere for an
answer and no luck.

Any help is most appreciated...Thanks!
