Invisible Windows NT4 Server with windows xp?

Hi, I have a Computer Network with several windows 2000 / windows XP
computers. However, one of the machines still runs under Windows NT.
Now I'm trying to connect a new XP machine. I can see all the
computers except the one Windows NT machine (Name:Server #1) in my
Network. What am I doing wrong?
