New security method where users data automatically 'disappears' if left
unattended with mouseout function using AJAX.
The principal behind the function is to set an arbitratory timer where the
DIV Element is updated to show a blank field(s). This can be demonstrated by
live example:

In order for this to work; SAWebay have implemented the following AJAX files
which load into the DIV Element on pageload calling:

1. *.txt file (the contactus form) XML plain text with xml valid syntax

2. The *js file (ticker functions) JavaScript timer

3. *css file (to provide styling and layout) Cascading style sheets

4. *html file (External html as a backup) providing a stand-alone page for
none JavaScript/compliant browsers
