I've not heard from him in quite a while. I hope that all is well with him.

I remember when he first came. Breath of fresh air!

As I remember, religion wasn't his bag.

It just hit me. Mathew is British. They tend to be far smarter than us
American Colonials.

Not always and not always practical or wise even in the slightest, but
in the overall, they usually know when to walk away from silly nonsense.

Now if I would only learn to pay attention!!!

I am concerned that he may be going through another very bad patch. He was
quite open with us about his mental health crisis a year or two ago (I'm not
at all good at keeping track of how long ago things have been). He had a
regular journey through hell, and came out of it unscathed, apparently, but
these things can be treacherous. I do wish him well also.
