Default 'the dearest one' otl4trXwx (mind)

The root meaning of the term BABA is 'the dearest one' or 'the nearest
one'.

The word "Baba" has been derived from the word "Bapra" of Laokika Samskrta.
The derivation has been like this--Bapra, Bappa, Bappaa, Baappaa, Baba.
"Bapra" means "Dear." Paramapurusa (God) is dear to all, hence He is
addressed "Baba" by the people. But all the created beings too are dear to
Paramapurusa (God).

"The Lord is the beloved one. The Lord is called Baba. The word Baba comes
from Sanskrit "Bapra". It means Loved-Beloved. "Bapra" then became "Bappa",
and then it became Baba. It took three thousand or four thousand years for
"Bapra" to become Baba. For unit beings the Lord is the beloved One. (Baba
Nam Kevalam). But for the lord the unit being is His Baba! When living
beings will sing Baba Nam Kevalam then the Lord will also sing Baba Nam
Kevalam in His mind. The Lord has thousands and thousands of Baba. This is
the relationship between the Lord and living beings. Devotees will always
remember this.
