One, these people sound like actors more dizzy with the media than
anything else. Two, their arguments are invalid and their methods are
entirely undemocratic. Three, Santa Cruz obviously seems to have some
serious managment problems in regards to their own jurisdiction. Maybe
if they bothered to try and fix that, then they would be in a better
position to judge.

I am truly embarrased that a city council here in California would make
such a mockery of itself or so pander to such blatant sensationalism.
