MERRY CHRISTMAS TO CATHOLICS TOO (false witchcraft birth sign prophets)
Apparently the part the Isrealites were incorporating the worship of
IDOLS and therefore were clearly NOT worshipping God was somehow skipped
over. Various instances occur within the Old Testament where the
Hebrews fell away into unbelief and worshiped false gods either apart
from the True God...or even tried to do so alongside Him....despite the
clear words of the very first commandment.
Pagans make it a point to celebrate the Spring Solstice around the time
Christians celebrate the Festival of our Lord and Savior's Ressurection.
Just because pagans worship idols and nature in the form of Winter
Solstice, that mean Christians cannot celebrate the Birth of our Lord
Are you trying to say when Christians celebrate the birth the birth of
Christ that somehow Christians are instead honoring Mithra, a god the
Romans had once worshipped? Sorry, Mithra wasn't the one who was born
in a stable in Bethlahem, who's arrival was announced to shepards, and
who Moses and the prophets had foretold to be the Lord and Savior. And
Mithra wasn't the one who was crucified on a cross to take on the sins
of everyone for all time, nor was the idol the one who rose up three
days later to proclaim His victory over sin, death, and Hell.
Some rather old churches may have the 5 pointed star on their steeples.
Within paganism the upright star is a symbol for witchcraft while the
upside down star (the one point facing downword) is a symbol for
paganism. God used the rainbow as a sign he would never again destroy
the Earth with a flood. Pagans have used the symbol of the rainbow for
their own purposes. As they have with other symbols.
Satan is a counterfitter. Because he counterfits, does that mean
whatever he counterfits is to remain stolen and corrupted mearly for his
purposes? So he can abolish any testament to God and His love here on
I for one say no.
