A complaint has been lodged against Telstra and Telstra Bigpond with
respect to discrimination in the provision of goods as the product of
continuing un-civil and indecent conduct by the Telecommunications
Company and its employees which is entirely antagonistic delinquency
to the 'right of humanity in his own person' as the reasonable desire,
moral responsibility and duty accorded to democratic regulative free-
will and pre-requisite to any presence, participation and procreation
as marriage right and duties within the Commonwealth of Australia.

That the Company's continued public advertising whilst not addressing
the matters of complaint perpetuates permanent psychological harm, and
damages will be sought consequential to each adverti*****t which the
Company makes on radio and television media--until such time as the
matter as complaint is addressed by a court of law.

I don't believe that Telstra's Chief Executive Officer Mr. Sol
Trujillo as Fascist Roman Catholic, Argentinean trash, is as a non-
citizen within Australia, capable of showing due respect to duty to
State.

My natural theological and metempirical philosophical cir***scribing
of the Letters Patent to the Australian Constitution and the
Teleological argument in support of the origin of the English language
substantiated by the GRAPPLE HOMOIOTIC NOUMENON establishes my own
religious and scientifically valid belief in autonomous regulative
free will associated with the Commonwealth as responsive duty to state
associated to the ethical use of force as obligations placed upon
Australians as participants within that Sovereign Autonomous entity.

That the GRAPPLE HOMOIOTIC NOUMENON together with such extracted
attributes as #237 - USE OF FORCE {

That this is consistent with the requirement to undertake an oath of
office: "I [name] swear by Almighty God" to "without favour or
affection malice or ill-will", "see and cause her Majesty's peace to
be kept and preserved; and that I will prevent to the best of my power
all offences against the same" and "while I shall continue to be a
member of the Police Force of Victoria I will to the best of my skill
and knowledge discharge all duties legally imposed upon me faithfully
and according to law."

Would in the cir***stance, establish an underlying philosophical
mechanism--as compliance given to a cosmological anthropic principle
associated to the vocation such as the police, as expressing something
of equivalence to the nature and character of the "sensitivities as
the religious values of a people of religion".

That the Equal Opportunity Commission ought to advise Telstra
accordingly that it must cease its advertising.
