When Lisa McPherson had her slight car accident, there was an ambulance right
there already for a previous accident at the same location. This wog ambulance
took Lisa to the Morton Plant Hospital. Now, had that ambulance been a Big
Theta Ambulance Company ambulance, I suspect that they would have called
into base to check on the status of Lisa. They'd have found out that Lisa
was a PTS Type III. Protocol for that would have been most likely just what
the Scientologists actually did with Lisa, take her to the Ft. Harrison Hotel.
So I've got to stick into the rules somewhere... if victim is a Scientologist
in need of immediate case supervision, take to nearest org or where directed
by victim's case supervisor.

No. Remember, $cientology PR and the stunted COB *promised* (papraphrasing):
'We won't do that anymore. At least not at a public location where there
might be witnesses other than members of the One True 100% Scientifically
Proven Faith.'

So it couldn't be an org. It would have to be the latter. As directed by
some mouth-breather.

Also, your protocol needs to include some checksheet boxes to ensure that
there's one or more 'friends' standing by to write cheques for the dead
meat. Maybe, too, to max out any credit cards that might be found.
