Default England in pictures & words (wicca religion order time services)

Well, it's up -- who and what I found when I crossed the Puddle, in
approximate chronological order:

Or just hit our top page and click on The English Vacation. We had a
fabulous time, so I just hope I did some justice with my account.

Regarding Wood Avens' question to me -- no, I did not make it to
Stonehenge or Glastonbury. My spouse had booked a tour with a company
called Astral Travels, or something like that. They claim to have
emailed us telling us we had to meet their bus at a place other than the
promised "at our hotel." I *do not* recommend their services.

But enough of that. I will just have to visit England again and drive
myself to all those places I've missed. Can anyone sell me a flying Ford
Anglia so I don't have to figure out which side of the road to drive on?

And hear the trees talking together within,
And their talk is sweet in our ears. -- W.B. Yeats

Default England in pictures & words (circle time widdershins way)

Brilliant photos, Gale. I'm glad you saw Greenwich. It used to be a
little village before London expanded so much. When I lived just a
little north of the centre, my one trip to Greenwich was a full day's
adventure.

Just forget the right side! ) Over here that' s the wrong side! )
[as you so well know]. You'd find no difficulty in accommodating once
you are behind the wheel which, of course, involves getting into the
vehicle via the right door (which, to you at first, might seem to be the
wrong door)!

The first time I drove on continental Europe - on a small motorcycle in
Mallorca - a friendly policeman on point duty waved me to the right way
(widdershins) round a roundabout (err .. traffic circle). After that I
felt completely at home.

Come back soon .. ..
