JERUSALEM, Oct. 30 - Israel's senior military commander told columnists for
three leading newspapers this week that Israel's military tactics against the
Palestinian population were too repressive and were fomenting explosive levels
of "hatred and terrorism" that might become impossible to control.

IN REMARKS that suggest a dramatic split with the approach of the current
government, Lt. Gen. Moshe Yaalon, chief of staff of the Israeli armed forces,
said that crackdowns, curfews and roadblocks in the West Bank and Gaza Strip
were crippling the lives of innocent Palestinians and that the military's
tactics were now threatening Israel's own interests.

"Us?" Who's "Us?" You mean Jews, don't you? You certainly aren't including
Arabs in that category called "civilized!?" OF COURSE a Jewish General would
express some reservations about having to terrorize the terrorists. But
as long as "Don" Arafat, head of the Arab Mafia families isn't taken down,
then of course the Arab mafiosi will continue to ruin the lives of the
poor Arabs under their dominion. And if the Mafia has not been taken down
in SIcily, naturally it is harder to take it down in Gaza and the West Bank.
After all, the Arabs brought the mafia to Sicily in the first place.

The only way to end this repression is to kill the Mafia families in toto,
that is to say the entire clans of Arab mafiosa. If Sharon had been allowed
to exterminate the PLO in Lebanon in 1982 in toto, there would have been
no problem today. Instead, the ISraeli Left IMPORTED the entire Mafia control
structure into ISrael in 1994! Like the Americans bringing back Lucky Luciano
to Sicily in 1945. And then wondering how the Mafia is still strong and in
control in Italy!
