Here are my proposed emendations to Daniel 11 (the END-TIMES
CONFLICT)

They are based both on the MT Hebrew, and the original LXX Greek (not
Theodotion)

Some highlights of Chapter 11:

* Some years after the first North King makes the first attack on the South
King, his son will launch a much larger attack on the South King. (v. 10, 13)

* He will defraud the "united ones" and be strengthened by a few nations.
(v.23)

* This North King, from whom the armies gush, will have obtained the kingdom by
cajoling, after another, who would send forth the tax collector, is broken "in
a few days" (v. 20, 21)

* However, when that king is broken by those who feed him, then at that time
the armies will gush. (v. 22, 25, 26)

* The next North King at that point will invade Israel (the Land of Glory) and
Africa (Misraym, Put and Kush). (v. 16, 41-43)

* He will also declare himself to be God (v. 36-38)

* Wise ones among the people will be persecuted, but a remnant will remain (v.
14, 32-35)

* At that point the last North King will come to his final end beside Mount
Zion (v. 45)
