LOL, but you don't spam the newsgroup John. Mark Porter Others read the Lotus Sutra with their mouths alone, reading only the words, but do not read it with their hearts. And even if they read it with their hearts, they do not read it with their actions. |

I may not agree with your posts, but I agree they are not spam. I just don't like it when people just keep posting the same old stuff over and over again. The main spammers in this newsgroup are Craig, Rob, Dereck, Denise, Marc, and Chas. Although some of these people may post other items from time to time that are not spam, the fact is that most of what they post is on their hard drive already. Hence the spam, because it is not hard to just copy and paste a file and post it. Thanks Mark for putting me in such a prestigious category. Just to clarify one small note. THE FACT IS most of what I post is NOT on my hard drive or found anywhere online (that I can find). Where is the 100 Q&A's published online? What about the pamphlet by Rev. Tono that I am painstakingly typing out for certain people that I KNOW want access to this information that many SGI and NST members know little about. If it can be found online PLEASE tell me so I can share it with others easier (just post the link). As far as I know, there is no way to even obtain a copy of the pamphlet in question except through Rev. Tono himself! Even the OKO lectures from Myohoji are completely typed out by me. I'm not deny or admitting that what I post is spam, but the fact is that while it is not hard to "cut and paste" articles or ex-posts (which I have done), I also spend allot of time on my "SPAM". Perhaps in a couple years when I have a huge folder of old ARBN posts and nothing new to add, I will recycle them again and again. Thanks for the mirror Mark. Rob |
