Default The coming crisis. (religion control)

There are reports that some of America's largest transnationals, like
Ford, GM, & American Airlines are real serious trouble. and unlike the
bailout of Chrysler years ago, it dont look like the government has the
economic resources to bail them out any more. The national debt is at
7 trillion.

One of the things that people do when a system goes down the tubes, is
seek new spiritual values, and denigrate religion that was associated
with the discredited power structure. As Thucydides said, 'Revolutions
change the meaning of words.' Values become reversed; the prudence of
the conventional lack of wisdom becomes senility. Outrageous ideas can
suddenly gain credence, and the system which had been in place with the
power to set the agenda splinters apart, and looses the ability to stop
new ideas from spreading out of control.

We often see groups coalesce around a spiritual idea; monestaries. When
Rome was evidently in decline, not only monks, but whole families left
for some remote site to build new communities with shared values. Which
are not the same as those of the culture they left.

and one of the things we mite want to do before crisis hits, is consider
what values we want to live with, with the people we live with. The Law
will no longer be effective. No doubt, there will be even more Christian
compounds like at Waco, and even more demagogues. And there will be some
like a fag community I know of as well.

We wont havta worry about your vote being stolen any more. You get to
vote with your feet. The puritanical are known for working hard, but
also for scapegoats and witchhunts. The libertine are considered lazy,
but they are also innovative.

What kind of community, and values would you prefer?

Default The coming crisis. (enlightenment religion sacrifice authority don)

<snip>

<snip>

Cooperation vs Competition is the basic choice.

"If you don't raid my village, steal my cattle, plunder my fields, loot my
grain bin, murder my parents, **** my sisters, and haul my children off into
slavery, I won't raid your village, steal your cattle, plunder your fields,
loot your grain bin, murder your parents, **** your sisters, and haul your
children off into slavery." That was the basic social contract upon which
all of the early cooperative civilizations were built. Over the long run,
hunter predators destroyed them all. It is simply easier to raid somebody
else's garden than it is to cultivate your own.

We need to start building cooperative social and economic units that can
survive in the world of predators.

Sound impossible? It isn't impossible. Love is not a feeling. Love is
action. Love is doing the right thing even when we don't feel like it. A
cooperative society requires an attitude of love and service toward the
greater good of the whole community rather than serving purely selfish
interests. Such an attitude of sacrifice is unlikely to occur under in our
present culture of gluttonous consumerism and predatory capitalism, but that
situation can change. The world of predatory capitalism is collapsing on
itself. Gluttonous consumerism is failing to fill our spiritual needs.
Gluttonous consumerism is causing more inner emptiness than it is filling.

Resurrect Isis. Let a rebirth of Mother Goddess religion awaken us to a new
age of enlightenment. May her love and wisdom guide us to build a
multicultural 'WorldCulture' civilization based on love, wisdom, and
cooperation, not governed by fear, authority, and force.

Default The coming crisis. (sense charge control talent women)

The kind of cooperative community you want makes sense, but how to
get there is a damn moot point. The hunter predators you speak of
are pretty well outlined in the primate field studies discussing the
character of the 'alpha males'.

And to get the cooperative community you want, we need to disempower
the alpha males in charge of the gluttonous system you refer to. It
is the hunter's instinct to regard the whole world as there for the
taking, and they wont just go away because we try to setup a more
cooperative system.

But down at the core of the gluttony, is the idea that if he gets
enough resources, he can control access to females and thereby
insure his genes in the pool. The more resources, the more control,
so there is, as Aristotle said, no end to it.

The control over the young females has to be transfered to the older
more mature women. If no young female is available at any price, then
the alpha male will give up on his instinctive gluttony. Especially,
if the matrons provide him with lots of ***ual gratification. Which
need not include sons just like him.

The only other caveat is that the hominids are more complex than the
primates so the alpha/beta male spectrum is more varied. Alphas often
come with drive and talent a community needs in the gene pool. Alphas
also however, are found as simple rednecks and social predators that
provide a serious challenge to manage. But if we are unwilling to use
force against them, *** is the only other option.

Default The coming crisis. (holy population year time secular)

When I said we need to begin building economic and social units that can
survive in a world of predators, this isn't what I meant:

THE DEVASTATION

OF THE INDIES: A BRIEF ACCOUNT

by Bartolome de Las Casas

(An eyewitness account, published in 1552)

"The indies' were discovered in the year one thou*sand four hundred and
ninety-two. In the following year a great many Spaniards went there with the
intention of settling the land. Thus, forty-nine years have passed since the
first settlers penetrated the land, the first so-claimed being the large and
most happy isle called Hispaniola,2 which is six hundred leagues in
cir***ference. Around it in all directions are many other islands, some very
big, others very small, and all of them were, as we saw with our own eyes,
densely populated with native peoples called Indians. This large island was
perhaps the most densely populated place in the world. . . And all the land
so far discovered is a beehive of people; it is as though God had crowded
into these lands the great majority of mankind.

And of all the infinite universe of humanity, these peo*ple are the most
guileless, the most devoid of wickedness and duplicity, the most obedient
and faithful to their na*tive masters and to the Spanish Christians whom
they serve. They are by nature the most humble, patient, and peaceable,
holding no grudges, free from embroilments, neither excitable nor
quarrelsome. These people are the most devoid of rancors, hatreds, or desire
for vengeance of any people in the world. . . They are also poor people, for
they not only possess little but have no desire to possess worldly goods.
For this reason they are not arrogant, embittered, or greedy. As to their
dress, they are generally *****, with only their pudenda covered somewhat.
They have no beds, but sleep on a kind of matting or else in a kind of
suspended net called hamacas.

They are very clean in their persons, with alert, intelligent minds, docile
and open to doctrine, very apt to receive our holy Catholic faith, to be
endowed with virtuous customs, and to behave in a godly fashion. . . Some of
the secular Spaniards who have been here for many years say that the
goodness of the Indians is undeni*able and that if this gifted people could
be brought to know the one true God they would be the most fortunate people
in the world.

Yet into this sheepfold, into this land of meek outcasts there came some
Spaniards who immediately behaved like ravening wild beasts, wolves, tigers,
or lions that had been starved for many days. And Spaniards have behaved in
no other way during the past forty years, down to the present time, for they
are still acting like ravening beasts, killing, terrorizing, afflicting,
torturing, and destroying the native peoples, doing all this with the
strangest and most varied new methods of cruelty, never seen or heard of
before, and to such a degree that this Island of Hispaniola, once so
populous (having a population that I estimated to be more than three
millions), has now a population of barely two hundred persons."

(For many years, Bartolome's population figures were thought to be grossly
overstated and inaccurate. Recent studies have shown that he wasn't off by
orders of magnitude.)

Christian soldiers were having swordsman contests to prove they could chop
Indians in half with a single stroke of the sword. Nothing has really
changed. The Christians of today are no different than they were 500 years
ago. Human nature hasn't changed. The prey are going to go on being prey
until they're willing to band together and take out some predators.

Resurrect Isis. A cooperative community is the only alternative we have to
this kind of behavior.

The problem is that there still are predatory cultures run by social
predators, and that any peace-loving community still needs the means
to defend itself. Another problem is where to find the peace-loving
people to staff it with, who are motivated and energetic enough- and
I mite add, sane enough. Just being a refuge for hysterical masses is
not a sustainable plan.

Default The coming crisis. (religion law convert)

The problem is that THIS is a predatory culture run by economic predators.

The means to defend itself is the Constitution. A religious group has
'constitutional rights' under our Constitution. Even a Pagan community has

protections IF they had the guts to organize and stand up for the law in the
face of Christian vigilantes and armed police.

It is very much a part of the Resurrect Isis project to argue and establish
that Paganism (Pagan with capital P) is as legitimate religion, not just a
vague collection of spirits and animal totems of rustic country dwellers,
AND, that Paganism of the Isis bloodline and royal genealogy is the parent
religion of other established 'legitimate' religions.

Find producers instead of predators. The capitalist businesses of this
country are predatory patrimonial institutions with a few elite feudal lords
at top who produce nothing but make 1400 times as much as a producer. That
system of 'wage slavery' couldn't possibly compete with a cooperative
enterprise in which all of the 'employees' were owners who had a direct
share in their produce.

How to find "peace-loving people to staff it with"? Find businesses that are
failing under the present system, buy them at bankrupt prices, convert them
to cooperative enterprises, hire productive people on crew shares, go into
competition against the 'wage slave' patriarchies, and kick the shit out of
some over-rated over-paid feudal lords.

Resurrect Isis. A religious revolution is possible and legal.
