You know, this does not really look like most of the YFD cases I have seenm the yellow on the upper part of the body looks like it is coloration more than fungal, the spots near the vet do look fungal, but impossible to tell without a biopsy.

I want to suggest you also read the article that veronica of beautifuldragons.com has on her website for treating what is the very hard to treat mold fungal infection. She has tried oral antifungals in the past, but they were so harsh on the animal and she switched over to a grapefruit seed extract and nolvasan and had good results, at least it has controled it for 3 years.

The upper body dolor I really wonder if that is not the fungus that has possible got into the liver or bile duct and is causing increase in the enzyme levels (blood panel will show that).... makes me wonder if milk thistle will help also.,,,, but the big thing would be to clear out a fungal infection if there is one and the tea oil (be careful using that) and the acidolphiliz + will help also
