It could be fraud. But that is impossible to know unless there is a complete
record of the transaction. Be wary of some internet sites, they can take your money and run. Often they pose as sellers of software, they sell you the software, you get it, then you get more charges because they are taking your credit card details and using it for their own purposes. I bought a $19 software item last year, and then two weeks later I copped a $540 charge on my credit card from God knows where but I got it sorted out before they could milk my credit card. It was traced back to the software seller, three months later he got caught because the software seller shut down the "private" website. ~IMPX |

Practically every auction I LOOK at is won by sniping. I was bidding on a
vase today and the bid went from $31 to 81 in the last 50 seconds of the auction. Gets depressing after awhile, so I have learned to snipe too, but I don't use software to do it. Cindy |
