Brumation is over He eats again

Boy are we happy tonight!!!! Kita FINALLY ate today! It's been three l-o-n-g months, but today he decided spring has sprung and it was time to eat!!!!!!

Wow thats Awesome. My male corona did the same thing Saturday night and it
was 3 months til he ate also.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys. Bo brumated from aug '04-may'05 and ate once in that time period-in dec. Don't go thinking b- is over until they eat next time you offer. That should be a pretty good sign the "dreaded" brumation is over. Bo didn't do that this year although the last time i dropped a rat in, he turned it down. All that was gained(?) was a rat bite to my finger when i went to put it back in the box for return to petco.

HAHAHAHA. i didn't even mention the rat had a cold or something. It kept sneezing and wiping it's nose. Maybe it was mad cause Bo didn't kill him. I know I want to die when I got a bad cold going on.
