Amazon.com and I seem to have parted company due to no fault of my own.
The page 'greets' me properly, my ISP is not blocking their mail, but
I can not buy anything used off their new product pages, or rather, I
CAN 'buy' it, complete the transaction, but then they send me no mail
confirmation, and it is not recorded as a sale on my record. When I go
back to nonbuy it again, same thing happens EXCEPT that I am told it is
sold.....of course, it is, to ME....only it's not.
I HAD their USA Customer Service 1-800 number months ago but deleted it,
arrogant of me and stupid too. No search of their site, no matter how
meticulous, will unearth it, nor do they have an email address that
will directly accept mail.
Now that half.com has been made WebTv incompatible, I have no way of
buying anything.....but snakes.
Can anyone help? If anyone knows this phone number, please write me
offlist. I will phone them till my fingers are stumps; they have about
$4000 of my money over years and all of my love.
If you have that number......please?
