Martin, Martin
once again you proven that you know nothing what so ever in the questions
around KRS.
Sad.

Top posting is not the mark of a poster with some years of experience on the Net !

I think you would find the chemical changes would be identified as
being anomalous.

We are talking her is the composition of greywacke and the mix of
weathering products which normally eventuates.

S'funny. I thought we were taking about an accelerated simalcrum of natural weathering.

I *thought* you knew no more about this than you could find in
Google!. This time, rather than searching for 'leucosine', try
'leucoxine'. Then it makes sense. An unintentional slip on my part but
very helpful just the same.

So much do you know? No stone is truly impermeable.

No, but I am sure the effects would be detectable and identifiable.

Its the point you are relying on but in fact it is not correct.

Then why do you keep throwing in your two-penny worth? You seem to
think it still means something.

Whoever reads this should not believe this last sentence of Martin's.
It is totally wrong and grossly misleading. The runes were NEVER
recarved. The worst that has happened is that the dirt was scraped
from them with the point of a nail. This removed the accumulated
surface incrustation from about 80% of the carved surfaces of the
runes but has left the rest intact.

And once again you reveal that you have no idea what is going on, and are divorced
from reality. Stop persecuting me.
Tragic...

Was that before or after the runes were pencilled in to make them easier to read?
Do you know the effects of graphite on mica degradation? How it differs with 2B,
B, HB, H, 2H and so-on?
Cheers

Certainly not on Usenet or on most mailing lists. Inger's right about it
being the correct way for business correspondence, but newsgroups are not a
business nor is it email, and top posting violates Usenet etiquette.

As usual Martin's imagination is way above his skill in understanding
reality.
Eric, do you think that we should throw in the quick translation of the page
for people to read, or what?
