I have seen shore ice push make a pile of beach sediment almost 2
metres high in springtime.
The 80 cm of "black-earth" (if by that is meant humic soil) would
take millennia to ac***ulate, unless this was a peat bog, in which
case it would only take a few centuries, but then who wants or needs
to moor a boat in a peat bog?
