What is meant by a "dense matrix" in spectral numerical methods?
Thanks,

Dense Matrix
(Not strictly a mathematical term, and not only in spectral
context
The opposite of "sparse matrix", or in detail, a matrix lacking
any useful (for programming purposes) pattern of predictable
zero entries.
