I am looking to fit smooth monotonic splines to a continous response
preferably in R.
I am currently using the mgcv package of Simon Wood.


Could someone point me to further literature on this form of
pe****ized regression?
Is this the suggested library one should use?

Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
