Default 3 Clocks riddle

A three clock parallel Universe has recently been discovered.
All it has are three clocks in a big space.
One clock is just like the one in your front room.
The other clock is an atomic clock.
The third clock, for there are three clocks, is a biological clock of a
parallel dimension alien.
All clocks have been ticking away nicely since the appearance of this
parallel Universe.

Which of these clocks most accurately represent what the time is in this
Universe?

If there is no one to observe the clocks, isn't time itself irrelevant?

even if there was someone to look at the clocks, none of the clocks can
represent time by their own.

Time doesn't exist as a static variable, it is simply a measurement of
change, and therefor each of them is measuring time accurately, with
their own base of which to observe change. Kind of like a meter and a
foot, or a gallon and a liter.

A lone clock cannot tell which of its ticks come before and which come
after. It cannot count its ticks.

Every tick occurs now. They are easy to count but before and after
are mythical.

What do I count them against? You have to invoke another object.
