this is a genuine offer. i have no website about it. my motive for
making this offer is to generate good will towards world peace and
also to reduce my tax liability. the entries once judged will all be
deleted except for the winning entry which i will keep for reference.
the sooner you enter the better but i think perhaps in about two weeks
i will consider options for selling the house. i will choose the essay
which is most deserving of bringing about world peace. apart from a
small quarterly tax liability i have been informed that the house is
in need of some internal repair estimated to be about 4000 dollars to
generate the highest rents. the idea to offer this house in a
competition is somewhat novel considering the nature of the prize but
i suspect not entirely original. there isn't much to it really. just
write the short essay and after i get through all the essays (not hard
considering there is so little responce so far) i will choose the best
one and contact you to begin transfer proceedings of ownership.
