Ampere's Dynamic electrical fields.
Ampere was the first to describe dynamic electrical fields (of the earth).
Its still there for anyone to review.
Dynamic electrical fields require no medium to be delivered, They do not
resemble the topology of magnetic fields,
If you hold a bar magnet up to a crt screen you can observe the clockwise
tangential electrical field for the full length of a barmagnet as you view
its south seeking pole. It is directly changing the paths of electrons in
flight in the crt. You are observing a re-direction of inertia of a charged
particle in motion, as an effect.
This electrical field, a dc type non-oscillating electrical field is in
constraint, by avalanch propagation requiring no medium, and paints anything
in its path with a topology of spatial charge densities that causes any
moving charged partical in its path to chose a new path of least resistance
and that function is referred to as a re-direction of enertia.
The magnetic field we percieve is strictly an effect in the cause and effect
relationship of dynamic electrical fields wherein the dynamic electrical
fields are a cause and the magnetic field is an effect.
There are also other effects caused by dynamic electrical fields,
gravitation is another.
Re-direction of enertia to dynamic electrical fields is the true GUT
