Default Jairazbhoy's "Rameses III, Father of Ancient America", was Re: ...

On Tue, Nov 11, 2003, 5:14pm (CST+6), a cave dweller posted here and
continued to distort the facts of this matter, as I have shown
repeatedly.
================

different authors. I started going thru them to find out how many had to
do with Egyptian history, a RAJ specialty. In going thru only the A thru
D portions, I found twelve authors who had contributed information on
Egyptian history. ++
-----------
He, now: ~~ So what? I've already shown that RAJ gives citations that
don't show what he says they show, and has misunderstood the stuff he
hasn't misused (that I've dealt with). He is not an Egyptologist. ~~
---------
+++ That one or two of RAJ's references wrote something that someone
else says is wrong is no negative reflection on RAJ; however, to make
such a claim is a negative reflection on our cave dweller. RAJ spent
many years in Egypt and is far more of an Egyptologist that is our cave
dweller. +++
-----------
++ We should note that the most important part of all of this is the
large amount of physical evidence of Egyptians in the Olmec area. It is
there for anyone to see, as I have, and defies any explanation other
than an Egyptian visit. ++
-----------
~~ So you are now an expert on Egyptology also? ~~
-----------
+++ No, I am not; however, I have studied the Olmecs for many years and
have been in the area several times for extended periods. Caveman
clearly knows nothing about the area. +++
-----------
~~ I don't think anyone here sees any point in my continuing this
discussion. I will post later on this week about your problems with the
Nemes headdress, etc. but I don't intend to bother with you much more.
You're long on assertion and short on evidence, a True Believer in fact.
~~
---------
+++ I am not short of evidence of what I claim. The problem is that
dweller has no supporting evidence for what he claims. +++
Regards, Larry Athy

<snip>

And yet with all that study and first-hand experience, Athy
can't give us details about his alleged Egyptian influences on
the Olmecs such as specific references to irrigation sites
that show clear Egyptian (as opposed to any other) signatures.
Hell, they didn't even seem to have brought the shadoof,
which was intregal to Egyptian irrigation. And where exactly
is a platform in Olemc country that is clearly Egyptian
(again, as opposed to any other) features? Or monumental
buildings or sculpture that can only have been introduced by
Egyptians?

I guess for Larry near enough is good enough. Good thing he
didn't use this approach when he was an engineer.
