End of week 7.
Okay, swam a mile today with no fins and continuous flip-turns (no breather
stops), as if I was dong a meet.
That's a first for me.
All of last week I was doing workouts without fins, except when coach called
for them. Weaning myself off of them, before the coach sends me to have them
surgically removed.
I noticed, there were actually couple people in the pool slower than me,
WITH fins. It's nice to no longer be the slowest one, if only for a day.
